I've Become A BzzAgent! Disclosure

I have recently discovered BzzAgent, a website where you can become an agent and review other websites, products, services, etc.

So far, I am enjoying taking polls and surveys.
I just wanted to give everyone a heads-up because every once-in-awhile, BzzAgent sends free samples for me to review on my blog.

When I do have a review for a free sample or whatnot, I will absolutely disclose where the sample came from, and give my honest opinion, whether good or bad, about the product sent to me.

Hump-day Hodge Podge...Buffalo Chicken Dip

My sister-in-law made this awesome dip for my husband's 40th birthday party this past weekend.  Everyone went crazy over it!  Unfortunately, there is no written "recipe".  It is more like an "eyeball it" recipe.  So I'll do my best!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

2 - 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
1 8 oz. brick cream cheese, softened
about a 1/2 c. ranch salad dressing
about 1/2 c. hot sauce
1 - 2 c. shredded colby-jack cheese

In a 9 in. glass pie dish, spread cream cheese on bottom and up sides of dish.  Spread ranch dressing over top of cream cheese.  Mix hot sauce with shredded chicken.  Spread chicken mixture over top of ranch dressing.  Sprinkle with shredded cheese.  Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. , or until hot and bubbly.

This recipe is really best when you adjust it to your family's tastes.  If you like it hotter, add more hot sauce.  If you don't want it too saucy, then cut the ranch dressing.

You really need to just "eyeball" it.  But that is the basic gist of it.
Serve with tortilla chips, or pita chips.
Enjoy!
