It was such fun trying to get her into her carrier! I had such anxiety by the time I finally was able to finagle her in there. And now that I have to give her antibiotics twice a day for two weeks..... well, can you say "XANAX"???
The poor thing is so not liking me grabbing her and shooting medicine into her mouth! I don't blame her! Every time I give it to her, she takes off running and doesn't come out from her hiding spot until the next time it's time for a dose.... then she does it all over again! :(
But anyway, $250 later, we are on the road to recovery. I'm also on the road to bankruptcy! Jeez!

On another note, I would like to tell everyone that now that it is summer, and the kids are out of school (well, one of them is in summer school for Earth Science, but that's a horse of a different color), I will be posting less often... maybe only 3 or 4 times a week. When summer is here, we are out and about so much, that spending time at the computer is not a daily happening! We're swimming and biking and picnicking, etc....
I still have a few reviews up my sleeve, and I am reading voraciously... I always do over the summer - nothing like lounging by the pool with a book! And I plan on posting my reviews as I finish the books; I just don't have time for daily posts unless I wake up early and let's face it - that ain't happenin'!! I love to sleep late in the summer! Why? Because I can!
So the reviews I'm planning are pretty much all mysteries that are newly released or upcoming releases. I hope you'll all tune in to find out about the great books I've read! And I hope to maybe do a giveaway towards the end of the summer.
Let's all relax and have a great summer vacation! Swim til' you can't swim no more! Before we know it, we'll be getting out our sleds again! (Equally as fun!)
Let's eat lots of ice cream and watermelon, and enjoy lots of fireworks, and catch hundreds of lightning bugs!
