Sad Christmas

After a long hard struggle, my mother-in-law passed into the arms of Jesus on Friday, December 17th at 5:30pm.

We were very fortunate that we could be with her at her bedside, and as difficult as it was to let her go, we knew that it was time.  Now we know that she is finally at peace, with no more pain. 

And we know that after 4 1/2 long years she is standing with my father-in-law, underneath the mistletoe, happy to be together this Christmas.

I just wanted to say thankyou to everyone for their support through this difficult time.  You've all been such great cyber-friends, with all of your kind words and thoughts & prayers.

I'm hoping that after the holidays, I'll be able to be back in the full swing of things and be able to start blogging again.  I've missed it, and I look forward to being in touch with everyone again.
